Kwiziner was a webshop of kitchen utensils and lifestyle objects, it was also a project that I ran next to my fulltime job. I stopped the shop as e-commerce is a serious business, not something you just do on a side for a bit of your time. I've learned a lot while practicing and doing, learned from failures and successes. There was no agency involved, I realized everything myself, from the setup and design of the webshop, it's CMS, payment platforms, logistic platforms, selecting brands and products, managing inventory, consumer care, online marketing (Emailing, SEO, SEA, Social, ...) up to the actual preparing goods for shipment. It allowed me to grow my online marketing skills from a very personal perspective. I did A/B testing on different target audiences, different creatives, different platforms, ... and closely watched over the ROI through conversions. This perspective is one that I still try to picture myself into when working on current clients/projects.
